Refund policy

All online sales are final. Items can be exchanged for a different size if available.
For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please email us at (nuwayfashion786@gmail.com) with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, all tags attached, in original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days after receiving your order.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns/exchanges.
Existing orders can be changed or altered if the order has not been fulfilled yet. We can also cancel an order if it has not shipped. Refunds for canceled orders take 1-7 business days to process.
